Composite Solutions Inc. recently constructed a 97 foot in-mast furling section for a Hood 65 being built by Dana Robes Boatbuilding. This is a full carbon fiber rig, including masthead, spreaders, boom and goose necks.

The quality of materials , design, process, and support are equal to the highest levels available worldwide. Complete autoclave curing throughout of prepreg materials. Computer designed CNC shaped tooling all created in house allowed total design flexiablity to choose different composite process to best execute lamination of specific components.

The entire rig was fully custom built to meet Dana Robes Boatbulders requirements.
